Kicking It Into Old School Overdrive
Introduction
Goodhal Garage is a celebration of custom motorcycles and the old school way.

Firmly rooted in the world of the blue-collar, the average Joes, the guys and gals that build America with their hearts and hands, we never forget where we come from.

Our homes are modest, our hands calloused, and our convictions strong.  We appreciate the finer things in life: a perfect weld, the feel of a quality tool in your hand, and the aroma of gasoline and motor oil.

So grab a cold one from the fridge, pull up a chair, and join us as we discuss the merits of cafe racers, bobbers, brats, and scramblers, and everything old school.

You can follow us through an RSS reader, subscribe to our Feedburner email, and keep up with us on social media: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, VK, Pinterest, Motoroso, Flickr, Tumblr, Tapiture, We Heart It, Likes, Mobli, and Piccsy.

Who Are You?
My name is Greg Halmayr and I live in the beautiful rolling hills of Spring Hill, Tennessee, USA.  I've been here since 1994, before that I grew up in Aurora, Ohio and spent my summers riding the Double Loop, Corkscrew, and Big Dipper rollercoasters as Geauga Lake Park.

Is This A Full-Time Gig For You?
No, Goodhal Garage is done when I'm not working at the Nissan factory in Smyrna, Tennessee.  I'm also an ASE certified mechanic, but I only wrench for the fun of it now.

What Do You Ride?
I have two bikes at the moment, a 1977 Yamaha XS750 triple and a 1981 Suzuki GS250T vertical twin.  Previous rides were a 1989 Kawasaki 250 Ninja and a 1990 Kawasaki ZR550 Zephyr.
