Yamaha-IZH Hybrid

The story of this bike goes all the way back to 1807 and Russian Czar Alexander I, who decreed the creation of aweapons manufacturer named Izhmash.  Izhmash (IZH) is a Russian armaments, autos, and motorcycles manufacturer, and this build started with one of their models, the IZH 350., then added an engine from a Yamaha Diversion 400.  It’s a masterful blend of elements that gives this bike a unique look, and really showcases how resourcefulness is a necessary component of any build.
Thanks to Luke at Inazuma Caferacer for going the extra mile and finding more information about this bike.  Sometimes the detective work really pays off, and helps make a build even more interesting than just the pictures alone can communicate (see his linked post for the full story on this bike!)
