Custom Wolf Laverau

Hailing from Germany, Custom Wolf has taken a Laverda 1000 and applied a heavy dose of customization.  Dubbed Laverau (not sure of the meaning, my German-fu is weak), it’s a very interesting bike.
THE GOOD
This bike looks so ride-able: like a giant sucker to a fat kid, I just wanna gobble this thing up and take on my favorite road.  I’m a sucker for orange, and it’s a nice highlight with the stripe and the forks.  The Motogadget instrumentation makes me drool, and wish I could afford that for my bike.  There’s a custom swingarm that’s drop-dead gorgeous, and look, LOOK at the hand controls!! I feel like Homer Simpson with a donut!

THE BAD
The engine cases are a contradiction.  The right side looks great, but the left?  Oh dear.  It looks like someone formed a cheap cookie sheet into the right shape and them threw some chrome over it.  It just doesn’t work, and if it were painted flat black it would probably look better.

THE UGLY
From some angles the fairing totally works, but from some, well, all I see is a metal bra flying at me.  I think one of Odin’s Valkyrie’s is missing her breastplate.  Maybe if the headlight were bigger, or the racing stripe continued on the fairing, maybe.  Or maybe I just have a boob fetish.
