Abnormal BMW K100

While there is no info on their website, Abnormal Cycles in Italy brings us a simple BMW K100 cafe racer.  Sometimes going with just the basics works, as it does here, and there’s nothing extraneous in the basic look.

Abnormal Ton Up Harley

There’s something about the Harley mystique that just annoys me.  You can’t get away from the Harley look and style without alienating people, and that’s too bad.  Honda can take the Goldwing motor and do all kinds of crazy stuff with it, but Harley is stuck in it’s niche, and every attempt to do something different has poor results (V-rod, Buell).

That’s why I like it when someone takes a Harley, and ignores the status quo, like Abnormal Cycles has done with their Ton-Up.  Sporting a classic cafe racer look, the v-twin just looks great in this configuration.  Too bad Harley doesn’t make a bike like this.
